Cérge : Click and collect concierge

Cérge allows an individual to automatically notify a shop they have arrived without having to press a button, make a phone call or get out of their car.

As you drive into the carpark of a shop you trust, Cérge recognises your location and intent and informs the shop attendant you have arrived. The attendant then locates your order and Cérge allows the attendant to recognise you, meet you on a first name basis and deliver the order from the shop to your car.

All of this done seamlessly and automatically whilst the individual sits in the relative safety from within their own car.

We are going live on Sunday 5th April and have a number of projects we need help with:

  1. Creative Design: go live marketing collateral and retailer promotional concepts.

  2. Marketing strategies and plan: Development of go-to-market strategy strategy, marketing plan, how to utilise social media, marketing key messages

  3. Testing: Our testing is impaired due to the global self isolation and need to recruit testers to set up and use the technology as they go about their essential shopping activities.

Help needed from the following people:

  1. User experience and graphic designers to create a suite of promotional items ie a promo kit for shop owners to promote a new service.

  2. Marketing specialists to help articulate and formulate a go-to market strategy that can begin to be implemented from Monday

  3. Testers with an android phone to test the existing product.
